Say what you want about User Experience and User Interface, but for the longest time, Captcha has worked. Well this year the tide seems to be turning as spammers crack some of the most secure captcha’s used by Gmail, Yahoo Mail and Hotmail. I can’t say that I’m disappointed to see captcha on the decline but it is an ominious sign that we aren’t winning the war against spam.
